I was a Tulsa punk rock kid
found a place where I could fit
Me and my brother wrote music
and started playing shows with it
I remember hanging with my friends
we were too young to drive then
skating or grabbing a bite to eat
before the shows down on King St
Those years on Boston Avenue
And great out-of-town bands coming through
We'd go up to Claremore and Bartlesville
and OKC as well
